Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This build is designed to make Tethys work as a full support, using her HP super boon to allow her to have several different avenues of de-buffing. The idea is to min-max her for nothing but HP and res and you will get a surprisingly high rate of de-buffing against the enemy (Note: in-case you cannot see it, sacred seal is supposed to be HP/Res 2).
B slot is flexable to use according to your needs to use either a sabotage skill, sudden panic, or even pulse tie. The same goes for slot C which has several different ploy skills. Her A slot is a place holder until we get C Duel Infantry 4 which will work much better with this build.
