Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This build essentially bolsters Fjorms ranged defense effectiveness. If fjorms speed is effective enough to activate flashing blade with the aid of phantom spd and an asset in spd, every attack she lands will activate ice mirror. For her ranged foes, due to combat timing, this will mean every hit will be met with a combination of ice mirror and close call/repel will for a total of 51% damage reduction as the reductions are applied one after the other, not simultaneously. Her physical enemies will be met with a close call/repels damage reduction with phantom spd aiding its effectiveness.
