Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This build focuses on making her more of a defensive tank.
I recommend going with a +Def/-Hp IV because it helps her take less damage while lowering her hp which is already probably her best option because her other stats are too useful or too low to safely lower.
Weapon: I chose to give her Sealed Falchion (+Eff) because it gives her more stat boosts and can stop some of the faster enemy units from getting follow ups as long as she stays at or above 75% HP. If you want more survivability though, the next best options are the Falchion (+Eff) or (+Def).
Special: Aether is a great option for her because it helps her beat enemies with higher defense while at the same time, boosting her survivability greatly. Plus, she can easily take advantage of Flashing Blade due to her excellent speed.
Assist: Any assist works but your best option would definitely be a positional assist such as reposition or pivot as they can help get teammates out of danger or just extend her movement a bit.
A Skill: While Distant Counter is a good option, I recommend Distant Foil as it will give her more of an advantage against all physical threats as well as allowing her to counter attack against bow and dagger enemies and even though she can't counter mages or staff users, she should be staying away from them anyways due to her low res.
B Skill: To maximize her tanking ability, Repel 3 and Spurn 3 make good options as Lucina's speed is really good and will help reduce damage from all enemies slower then her.
There are many good skills to go here, but what I'm having her run is Even Defense Wave because on even turns, it gives her bonuses which makes it easier to activate her Sealed Falchion's ability.
Sacred Seal: Flashing Blade 3 is the best option for when you're running Aether since it has such a high cool down timer.
