Tempest Trials build for manual playthroughs. Fortify is for Thea, who ideally has Flier Formation and can warp in to protect Shanna. Her atk and spd are high enough to KO most of the roster but always have an exit strategy before you send her in. A flying dancer is a must, ideally with hone fliers.
