Hero Build Overview/Explanation
Chill debuff build for Nephenee.
For IVs +Spd asset is probably the best choice as it makes it harder for opponents to double her and allows her to perform follow up attacks easier but pretty much any asset/flaw combination can work as this build is primarily focused on supporting and not being in combat.
For flaw any of the stats can work as once again this build is not combat focused but -Def might be the best option it is more likely to encounter mages in combat with Nephenee than physical ranged attackers so keeping her Hp and Res up might be better.
* Weapon skill: Kabura Ya+ (+Spd)
- Kabura Ya+ comes with a built-in Chill Spd 3 effect. What refine you want to use on it depends on if you want to focus more on defense or offense. Just like with assets +Spd refine is a good choice here as it works for both defense and offense.
* Support skill: Dance
- Her default Dance skill is the obvious support skill of the choice here.
* Special skill: Moonbow
- Moonbow and Luna are both decent choices for her special as they help her to deal with a bit bulkier opponents easier.
- Ruptured Sky is another decent choice as it scales based on the Atk stat of the opponent.
- Deadeye is a new tool for archers that can make it easier for them to deal with opponent that run damage reduction skills.
- Noontime and Sol can both also be considered if you just want to focus on Nephenee surviving instead of actually killing opponents.
- Aether is a combination of Luna and Sol but it has a high cooldown so running it without Flashing Blade or some team support is not advised.
* A skill: Fury 4
- Fury 4 improves both her offensive and defensive capabilities.
- Fort. Def/Res 3 is another solid option if you want to forego offense completely and just focus on the defense.
- Bracing Stance 3 and Distant Def 4 are another defensive options but only work during the enemy phase.
* B skill: Chill Atk 3
- Chill Atk 3, Chill Def 3, Chill Atk/Spd 2 and Chill Spd/Def 2 are all decent choices for the B skill to compliment the Chill Spd 3 effect of Kabura Ya+.
- Chill Res skills obviously work too if your team has many magic damage dealers in it.
- Wings of Mercy 3 is good here too as it allows extra mobility for the dancer.
- Escape Route 3 is another choice too and works decently with Fury 4 but it does require Nephenee to see more combat to become available so I would not recommend it as strongly as Wings of Mercy 3.
* C skill: Joint Drive Atk
- Joint Drive Atk and Joint Drive Spd are both good support skills for the C slot as they offer a combat buff to both Nephenee and her allies.
- Joint Hone Atk and Joint Hone Spd are also good support skills that buff both Nephenee and her allies but they do require her to be next to her allies at the start of the turn to activate.
- Atk Tactic 3 and Spd Tactic 3 are both also good offensive buffs for mixed teams.
- Atk Smoke 3, Spd Smoke 3, Def Smoke 3, Panic Smoke 3 and Pulse Smoke 3 are all good debuff skills too but they require Nephenee to enter combat to activate.
- Even/Odd Atk Wave 3 and Even/Odd Spd Wave 3 are also decent buffs that activate every other turn and can grant a buff to both Nephenee and her nearby allies.
- Infantry Flash 3 and Infantry Rush 3 can also be chosen to grant a Blade effect to allies.
* S skill: Chill Def 3
- Chill Def 3 or Chill Atk 3 can be put here if they were not already chosen for the B skill slot.
- Distant Def 3 can be chosen here to help Nephenee survive against ranged attackers.
- Savage Blow 3 can be taken to allow Nephenee to chip at the health of her opponents.
- Drive Atk 2 or Drive Spd 2 can be taken for additional combat buffs for her allies.
- Atk Tactic 3 and Spd Tactic 3 can also be chosen for additional ally buffs.
- Even Atk Wave 3 and Even Spd Wave 3 are another okay buff options here.
- Atk Smoke 3, Spd Smoke 3 and Def Smoke 3 can also be taken here but once again they require Nephenee to go into the combat to activate.
