Hero Build Overview/Explanation
Axe Fighter, altough powerful, suffers from a weapon triangle disadvantage against strong sword users such as Ryoma and Xander when using his prf weapon. This build uses his silver lance to counter them, as well as powerful defensive skills to completely shut them down.
Pavise helps to minimize the damage Axe Fighter takes from physical attacks, and Fort. Def/Res 3 increases his bulk. With Everyone! helps to increase his bulk and allows him to support his allies. The HP +3 seal helps increase his overall bulk and allows him to tank more hits. Finally, Obstruct 3 prevents opponents from moving past him, so you can use him to protect archers or mages with low defenses.
Though Axe Fighter is not an armor unit, giving him these defensive skills allows him to fulfill a similar role without the loss of mobility, and let him defeat game-breaking red units such as Alfonse.
