Plumeria suffers a common issue with little speed and defense. However she has massive attack and resistance to back her up, which makes her a perfect candidate for a nuke role on a team. She makes an amazing refresher unit too. Atk/Res Push 4 does deal her 5 damage, but she can do such large amounts of damage with this skill it doesn't matter, she isn't meant to be a tank. You could use Mystic Boost for her, but Aerobatics gives her a much better range of movement for making use of her Sweet Dreams skill, she can also move into safety with this skill as she cannot counter or take physical hits well. Atk/Res Reign allows her to really start nuking her enemies as it brings down the enemies stats. Give her Death Blow and she's effectively given ATK+13 (21 if you count her debuffing on the enemy.) So she makes a great candidate for a specialty nuke on your team. Her being able to strengthen allies is also valuable and she will be a great asset to most any team she is put on.
