Most of his kit here is self explanatory. If I ever find some Mystic Boost fodder, you bet im gonna slap it onto him. Pairs great with Ronan since he's the exact opposite of the defensive spectrum.
Also it wouldn't let me put Lull Atk/Def 3 for the build on this site, but that is what I use for him in game. Glad to see Gamepress is a fully functional website with no issues whatsoever...
