Hero Build Overview/Explanation

Note: I do not actually have Lull Atk/Spd 3 on him at the time of making this build, as I do not have fodder for it. However, the reasons for using it are self explanatory and it can be substituted for other abilities very easily.

This set takes advantage of Saleh's surprisingly usable bulk in conjunction with his great attack and speed to be a strong offensive powerhouse that can take some hits when need be. The stats for this build assume a +1 merge due to the two free copies you get through Tempest Trials.

His weapon of choice is obvious since Springy Axe+ gives great buffs to his offensive stats, though if you're confident in his speed you can run Plegian Axe+ instead. Moonbow and Luna are both viable options for the special and they both get the job done, but Noontime allows Saleh to stay healthy after several fights. Which one you use is up to personal preference.

Atk/Spd Push 4 gives him a buff to his offensive stats in both phases, allowing him to continue to pressure enemies even if they attack him first. The Mystic Boost 3 seal is a great way to offset the damage taken by it and allows Saleh to preserve his bulk even with the self-damage. You could alternatively run Mystic Boost in the B-Slot and substitute the seal for an offensive seal of your choice. Atk Smoke augments his defensive prowess and is also a viable option.

Saleh's native Rouse Atk/Res 3 is actually pretty good if you don't have access to the Atk/Spd variant, which is very rare to come by. That being said the last slot is flexible and you could definitely run a Joint Drive skill or something to buff his allies.
