Hero Build Overview/Explanation

Technically speaking, any unit with a good Speed stat can utilize Windsweep just fine. However, Byleth stands out among them for his PRF’s innate Null-Follow Up and anti-Guard abilities. Making use of Windsweep and his PRF, Byleth would be able to attack an enemy twice with no fear of counters - he just has to beat the enemy in a standard speed check.

This set, with all skills active, a Speed boon, no merges, and no flowers, and with no outside support (like Joint Drive Spd or Atk) or debuffs(like Chill Spd or Atk/Spd Rein) would put Byleth’s speed at an impressive 62, and his Atk at a nice 66.

Against dragon foes, Moonbow and Windsweep could be replaced with Ruptured Sky and Watersweep, respectively.
