Clear Steps

Doubling down on the new mechanics this map combines a multi-layered map with a new installation, which allows you to selectively teleport around the map, and consoles that edit the map layout. 

Every enemy on the map is armored, and they will continuously spawn, forcing you to leave at least 2 Echelons to defend your Command Post against surround capture. RF/HG or MG/SG Echelons can be used for this, but some degree of in-battle control is required regardless, as the reskinned Nemeum enemies can deal 90 or more Damage per hit.

On the second map layer, there are a pair of combined Black/Red Goliath enemies. These can be dealt with in a variety of ways, including Force Shield SMG, or simply retreating all but one Doll from an Echelon and letting them explode the Red Goliath when it is the only remaining enemy. 

1.1

Deploy a Combat Echelon capable of confronting Armored enemies on the Command Post. Move them up-right. Deploy a second Echelon that can combat armored enemies on the Command Post. End your turn.

2.1

You may wish to move the other direction, to avoid a battle with the Manticore, depending on which way it moves. 

Move the Combat Echelon on the Command Post down-right one node. Deploy the third Combat Echelon on the Command Post. 

2.2

Swap the newly deploy Echelon with the lower Combat Echelon, then move them down two nodes. You will need to fight one armored enemy, which should be primarily Nemeums, with a single Aegis in the front. As long as the DPS can burt down the Aegis,the Nemeums have low HP and can be overwhelmed as quickly.

3.1

Move the lower Combat Echelon down two nodes, then to the left one node. Activate the Console to send them to the other map layer. 

Move this Echelon up two nodes, then use the Teleporter to move to the upper Teleporter.

Use this button:

to change map levels. Resupply and repair your Command Post defense teams, end your turn. Do this every turn from here on out. 

The turn will always start viewing the map level with your Command Post. Use the previously indicated button to access the level we are interested in. 

4.1

Move the Echelon on the second layer to the right, and battle the Goliath. This can be defeated with retreating and allowing just one Doll to get exploded, as shown here:

With the Goliath defeated, move down one node and activate the Console. 

4.2

Retrace your steps, then use the Teleporter to move to the bottom right corner of the map. Move right one node and fight the other Bean. Make sure to use a Doll who hasn't reached critical Damage to trigger the bean. End your turn.

5.1

Move the Echelon on the second layer up one node, and activate the Console. 

5.2

Once again, retrace your steps, moving this Echelon down one, and left one to the Teleporter. Teleport to the upper left corner, and move left one node, and down one node to activate this Console a second time. 

5.3

Once more, we retrace our steps, going up one node, and right one node. Teleport to the central-left Teleporter, and move down one node.

6.1

Move the Echelon on the second layer down one node, then to the right four nodes. Activate the Console. 

6.2

Move to the left three nodes, up one node, and right two nodes. End your turn.

7.1

Move the Echelon on the second layer right one node, up one node, to the left three nodes. Activate the Console to open up the path.

6.2

Move the Echelon right four nodes to capture the Command Post. This will end the map.
