The ARSMG used is:
UMP45, given for free from 7 day login. She's good, use her.
Skorpion, a 3* Molotov. Micro Uzi comes pre-leveled and has a decent Mod, use her instead. (Mine's Modded)
OTs-12, a 3* AR weaker than ST AR-15 which you get for free and should be using. (Mine's Modded)
FNC, a 3* AR that's also pretty weak, just using SOPMOD or 416 would be better.
K5, a good 4* HG, replacing M4A1 because my M4 is Modded.
The example Echelon is so weak it barely manages to kill all the enemies with completely unupgraded equipment and barely any Skill levels. Using the correct Dolls with leveled Skills and upgraded Equipment, this would be even easier.

Clear Steps

A single ARSMG is needed to clear the enemies, and Scarecrow is used as a dummy to reduce some AP requirements and make capturing nodes easier. The rest is just 3 dummies (needed for AP requirements) and 2 Friend Echelons. Anything that can kill a bunch of Scouts will work here, the Griffin Friend Echelon also works, though in this example RNG doesn't let it fight. There should be no RNG in this solution.

The red bean explodes and puts all Dolls to critical health, but that doesn't matter because the Friend Echelon isn't fighting anything else.
