Deploy a Dummy Echelon and move it to the right two nodes.
End your turn

Move your Dummy Echelon up one node.

Close the right Gate.
End your turn.
Turn 3

Close the left Gate.
3.2
Deploy a Strong RFHG Echelon and move it right one node, down one node and then left two nodes.
End your turn.
Turn 4

Open the left Gate
4.2
Move your RFHG Echelon left one node and then down 2 nodes to fight Yegor.
