Chapter 9 Night has now been released on Girls' Frontline EN as of the June. 16 maintenance! This page will be a compilation of all the relevant guides and information about the new chapter.
Note: After the Jun. 16 maintenance, you will need to run and clear Chapter 10-4 Emergency to unlock Chapter 9N, even if you have already cleared it before.
Chapter 9N S-Rank Walkthrough
While Night maps simply need to be cleared rather than S-Ranked for the one-time rewards, the strict turn limits, night battle penalty, and fog of war mechanic make this more challenging than day maps. See below for our clear guides to these maps.
Likewise, Girls' Frontline Corner has made a step-by-step Chapter 9N S-Rank walkthrough should you prefer the more infographic based approach, or want to consult multiple guides while clearing these maps.
Stechkin Special Equipment Farming
As with every new Night chapter, a new Special Equipment has been added for players who wish to farm it. Chapter 9 brings with it the Special Equipment for Stechkin, which makes a minor modification to her Skill, adding a small Damage buff while it is active.
Since Stechkin eventually receives a Neural Upgrade and is still one of the best RoF buffers in the game, farming a copy of this is highly recommended if you can clear the map relatively easily. Unfortunately there is no budget method of farming this Equipment, as you must engage Judge, requiring dedicated team compositions.
More importantly, Chapter 9N's release is accompanied by an Exclusive Equipment Drop Rate Increase event:

We will be having a drop rate up event for all exclusive equipment after Jun. 16th scheduled maintenance! During the event, the drop rates of all Exclusive Equipment in Night Chapter 1-9's final map will be increased. pic.twitter.com/Jh849xHpbW
This can be a good time to farm other maps for desirable Special Equipment, such as M16A1's Special Armored Exoskeleton if you do not already have it.
An excellent guide from Whim is included below, though note that much cheaper teams (5HG, or 1AR exodia) can used at this time as EN players now have access to fairies.
Separately, Ceia has produced a comprehensive guide to farming all campaign Special Equipments, which can be found below. Great for people trying to collect the entire set!
