Clear Steps
Good old fashioned boss bullying returns, with Scarecrow as our unfortunate victim. Mechanically, Scarecrow is unchanged from Chapter 1, although her stats have increased substantially, turning her into a threat for an unprepared team. Regardless, the usual formula applies: fight your way to Scarecrow punch her in the face, and clear the map.

Mechanically, Scarecrow is unchanged from her Chapter 1 appearance. Her stats, however, rose substantially, turning Scarecrow into a proper threat to unprepared Commanders. Thanks to her rather high base Accuracy, Scarecrow can reliably hit lower leveled or under-geared SMGs, making at least a level 60 Main Tank with a T4 Exoskeleton recommended.
Scarecrow features two separate attack patterns. The first is a standard attack, that does her listed damage. The second is signaled by her drones spinning around her, and consists of a large number of rapid weak attacks, dealing 4 damage each. The sheer volume of attacks means this can chip away at your Tanks surprisingly quickly, so Commanders with lower leveled echelons should keep a careful eye on their Dolls HP.
With over 17k Health, backed up with a passable Evasion, Scarecrow takes a fair beating. Mind your Dolls health, and bring self Buffing ARs, and she will fall.
