Clear Steps
This map seems more complicated than it is, and can be frustrating to play blind, thanks to the teleportation maze on the second layer. We at Gamepress suffer so you don't have too, making this mission a snap. If you want to play blind, make sure to mind your supplies on the upper layer.
Or, you can just use a Parachute fairy and skip to the last step.
Turn 1

Deploy a Combat Echelon on the Command Post. Move them off the Command Post and deploy a second for protection.
On the second layer, deploy a Dummy Echelon, and end your turn.
Retrospectively, the second Combat team on the upper layer is not really required, as we complete the map before the Command Post is threatened. However, it's nice to have in case you misclick and don't want to reset the entire map.
Turn 2

All movement on this turn is on the second map layer.
Move your Dummy Echelon to the upper-right. This will teleport them to the right.
Move the Dummy Echelon down-right one node, to teleport to the bottom left.
Move the Dummy Echelon up-left to teleport to the bottom right
Move the Dummy Echelon down-left to teleport to the middle.
Move up to capture the Radar and finish the mission.
