Clear Steps
Say it with me now, this mission has some random elements that can break things! You will see things that are slightly different from what the guide is, due to enemy movement, and this may complicate the surrounding capture needed to end the map.
The map itself is not that challenging outside of these random elements, although it will take a few turns, because we need to surround capture the indicated node, instead of taking it directly. Enemies here remain standard SF, so your AR/SMG Echelons continue to see service.
Turn 1

Deploy an Echelon on the Command Post and the lower Heliport. Move the Echelon on the lower Heliport to the left one node, and up one node. This will expand the map.

Continue up one node, and to the right one node. You can Activate the Console now, or next turn, it doesn't affect things too much.
