Mission and Clear Conditions:

Mission: Capture Node (Two options)

Clear Guide:

Team Recommendations:

  •  2 Combat Echelons, Level 30 3x Linked
    • AR/SMG recommended for left side. Right side prefers RF/HG.

Clear Steps

Two new enemies this time: Dogs, and Archers. Dogs are easy, just bring RoF/Multi-hit ARs and you'll be fine. Archers need some micro, as they have a speical attack that drops flaming arrows on your head. This is marked with a warning symbol, so you can micro to evade as needed. These guys are jerks, and will feature in the upcoming Shattered Conexion event. So consider this a primer. The rest of the map is a fairly simple run to one of the two highlighted nodes. Your options are the left, which features enemies that can be fought with AR/SMG, or the right, with the Crab-Hydra and other armored enemies. For newer players the left is easier, but if you want to fight the Crab-Hydra go for it.

This map is some horrible combination of my guide writing nightmares. It features two possible objectives, RNG enemy spawns, annoying enemies... just no thank you. Anyways, the spawns are almost assured to be different on your screen, so even more than usual, this is a guideline not a rule for how to clear the map. In the interest of newer player friendliness, I suggest the left-side path, but for those with well built RFs you can go experience the Crab-Hydra, which might be my favorite of the seasonable enemy reskins to date.

In other news, this map is probably the best option for Daily farming, because, as RNG and annoying as it is, you will never see more than 5 battles in the run to the objective, (although you'll need some creative auto battle routing to get an auto-end), and unlike the first map, there isn't any chance of movement RNG doing something stupid to your run.

Turn 1

1.1

Deploy a Combat Echelon on the Command Post. Move to the left one node.

1.2

Deploy a Dummy Echelon on the Command Post.

Turn 2

2.1

Resupply, and pick the route that has the least enemies in the route to the goal point. In the example, down left two nodes, down-right two nodes, and then down onto the target node. Or, just kill everything. Up to you.
