Equipment

Overview

G43 is a 2* night-specialist RF. Her firepower and rate of fire stats are actually quite decent, although her accuracy is bottom of the barrel. That does not matter if used against armored enemies at night, which should be the only thing she should be fielded against anyways.
While her skill’s massive 85% rate of fire self buff seems to be better than even her 5* counterparts, it comes at the ludicrously long initial cooldown of 8 seconds. At that point a majority of fights are over. Throw in the fact that she’s constrained to night-battles and that makes G43 a very tentative early-game RF at best. You’re generally better off using more solid options like M14 (if going for budget options), SVD, and WA2000.

Strengths

High rate of fire

G43’s base rate of fire of 40 is very high for the class, letting her pump out shots quickly even before her skill kicks in and deal with large numbers.

Massive Self-buff Multiplier

In classic 2* fashion, G43’s skill has a higher multiplier on her rate of fire self buff than even 5* counterparts like WA2000, but in exchange it has some really debilitating caveats.

Weaknesses

Night-specialized Skill

G43 goes from 85% at night to 28% in day. Paired with the fact that almost nothing in early day maps doesn't have evasion, using G43 for anything at daytime and expecting her to perform is unrealistic.

Long Initial-Cooldown

8 seconds of initial cooldown is 2-3 seconds longer than the common self-buffing skills. At 8 seconds most fights should be close to ending already, since any longer puts major stress on the glass-cannon teams that RFs appear on.

Awful Accuracy

58 accuracy is incredibly low for an RF. Hitting stuff with evasion is not hard, but it will take a major cut out of her hit rate for anything with evasion, use against armored nighttime enemies or not at all.
