Jill Stingray is an Extra Doll obtainable as a Clear reward from the Va11-Ha11a Collaboration event. Jill is the first pacifist unit to be introduced. Instead of firing a gun, Jill will mix drinks for a few seconds, and will then serve a drink. That drink will provide her allies with various buffs, depending on the ingredients Jill is holding.

Excellent tile buffs

Jill's tile buffs are very admirable, at 40% Damage and 40% Accuracy. This makes her a common appearance in various 10-4e core farming teams, as well in some ROF based RFHG's. 

Flexibility with ingredients

The ability to customize the skill's specific ability depending on the combination of ingredients makes Jill very flexible. 

Weaknesses

High ICD

Jill's skill, while very flexible, is also castrated by her very high cooldown times. Jill's skill only activates until many battles are about to finish on their own, making her skill's use diminish significantly. 

Inability to move when serving

When serving a drink, Jill is unable to move until after she begins to prepare the next drink. This can cause issues with various late-game enemies as Jill would be unable to kite during that time, exposing her to extra damage.

Jill, when equipped with a Bleeding Jane, can provide some serious Critical Damage buffs in longer, late game fights. This couples well with more general use Rifles, such as M14 MOD. Jill can also be a solid buff for first volley MG teams.
