Level 10 Effect When in Defense Mode, provide 12 HP Shield to all units in the same column. When not in Defense mode, grant, 24 HP Shield to all units in radius of 3 for 3 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times. (Cooldown: 8 Seconds)


Guards suffer from the unfortunate reality of being outclassed by other units, namely SWAP Aegis and SWAP Dragoons. A high HP and Evasion allow them to sustain considerable abuse, and if sent forwards to engage in battle, they can do acceptable Damage as well. However, that is where the good news ends for Guards, as lacking Armor, having a relatively low value shield and no second Skill, they fall behind other tanky units immediately and are further undone by the eventual arrival of their SWAP variant.

Low Priority Guards are unlikely to see use to begin with, and if they do, the benefit of their Skill is low compared to others. Spend your data elsewhere.
