Clear Steps
Ensuring you use dandelion while she's in range to help clear out everything, this is extremely easy.
If your echelons are struggling to clear this normally, simply capture more helipads and bring Dandelion with you to buff an echelon each turn, making every fight a breeze.
If you have paras, you can turn off more boxes on turn 1.
