Open the gate, disarm the box.
If you read the introduction cutscene, you'll already know the passcode for the box. If you haven't, the map has a tip for you.
The enemy guarding the box has both the same CE and has a note on it saying what the passcode is, if you didn't read the story leading in to this mission.
Boxes are numbered 1-6 in roman numerals, and you should put in the numbers in that order with digit matching box number, bait the enemy out, and then turn off the box.
