Waiting until turn 2 with moving Machlian gives you much more AP to work with.
Blocking the 3 spawns near your HQ makes it safe to leave Dandelion around.
Almost no matter what echelon you make you'll need to do some repairs after the fights here, and HOC support is certainly useful.
Coalition echelons can sort of handle most of these fights without support, but Organs absolutely wreck single-link entities such as Ringleaders, so expect to have to repair after that fight no matter what.
You have several turns here, so make sure to go back and heal between every fight if you have to!
