Clear Steps
For the start of Chapter 3, this stage puts a relatively stiff wall in front of you, in the form of the six Black Goliaths. These units feature two Black Goliaths each, spread at the top and bottom of the battle screen, with 15k HP apiece. High initial DPS is required to put them down. Commanders who got this far should have no trouble bursting them down with their main combat team.
There’s a hidden achievement associated with this map that is awarded if you end the map with no ammo remaining. Following this walkthrough will satisfy that requirement.
Turn 1
Deploy your Combat Echelon and resupply it. Now you should have five ammo and ten enemies remaining.
March up to the cluster of Heliports at the center and kill the Goliath you encounter. Kiting your main tank forward at the beginning to gain additional attack range can make the fight much easier.

Turn 2
Move left and kill another Goliath. Spawn a Dummy Echelon and swap with it, then move up and kill the other Goliath.
Your Dummy Echelon should have no ammo; if it does, just force retreat it before you end this mission, and don’t worry about it for now.
Turn 3
The Goliath above your Combat Echelon should’ve walked into you, leaving your echelon with zero ammo and the map with five enemies.
Simply resupply once (leaving you with five ammo, matching the number of enemies remaining) and walk around the map, cleaning up any stragglers.
I took a pretty convoluted route, but your enemy movement may differ. Adapt as needed.
Turn 4
Clean up the remaining enemies. If your Dummy Echelon has ammo, now is the time to retreat it.
Achievement complete!
