Overview
HK23 (renamed on EN to Gr MG23) is another Lock and Load MG with few redeeming traits besides her Armor tile, high base Accuracy of 34, and slightly higher than bottom-tier clip size of 9.
Being a limited monthly login T-Doll doesn't help her availability either, as Commanders must have logged in for at least 21 days during December 2019 to receive one copy of her - during which they very likely could have crafted more versatile MG T-Dolls.
If an Armor tile is needed and there are no other choices, HK23 may have a niche to fill - otherwise, Commanders would be hard-pressed to find a use for her.
