[Passive]: Reduces damage dealt to self from enemies directly ahead by 20%. Additionally, increases self armor by 20% for every target knocked-back (up to 5 stacks max) and reduces self-damage by 0% for 8 seconds.

Overview

LTLX-7000 (LTLX) is a 5☆ SG with excellent Health and Armor and an amazing Skill. Her Skill knocks back enemies, cleanses buffs and increases her own Armor for each enemy knocked back. All this on top of having an incredibly short ICD of only 5 seconds (compare this with most older SGs having ICDs of 8-10s).

LTLX's knockback is a special type of knockback that ignores enemy attack animations (not being able to knock back during attack animations is part of why SG auto-attack knockbacks are so unreliable). This is amazing for making the enemy stop attacking as they have to run back.

Cleansing enemy buffs is a very rare trait, and LTLX's is one of the few AoE versions. For example, she can remove the shields of a Patroller just after it finishes jumping around to allow your Echelon to keep damaging it.

Her extra Armor from her Skill is 20% for each enemy (linked enemies count as 1), stacking up to 5 times. This is multiplicative, meaning that with only an Armor Plate and no extra tiles or Fairy aura or talent, LTLX's 36 Armor can reach 89 if she knocks back 5 enemies. With more Armor buffs, this reaches even higher values, obviously.

With an ICD of 5 seconds and a Skill duration of 8 seconds, LTLX has a 50% uptime on her Armor self-buff.

Additionally, LTLX has 20% Damage Reduction against enemies directly in front of her. This is not as useful as it sounds, as Damage Reduction is applied after Armor. As such this will not help in most situations while relying on Armor for tanking, but can reduce damage taken from AoEs while HP Shielded or such.

As LTLX is so extremely strong, she can easily fit in any Echelon where any of her traits are needed. Stalling enemies? LTLX. Buff cleanse? LTLX. Just need Armor tanking but MGs are bad? LTLX.

Strengths

High HP and Armor

1375 HP and 25 at level 100 are both on the highest end for SGs.

Very Powerful Skill

LTLX's Skill has a massive knockback, cleanses buffs on enemies hit and increases her own Armor, all in one.

Weaknesses

Difficult to Get

As a 5 Shotgun, LTLX is extremely expensive to craft, although this is somewhat mitigated by the presence of the True Core Mask.

Full Analysis

It is generally recommended to keep LTLX on Forced Manual as her Skill's timing matters quite a bit. More on this on the Kiting Basics page.

As an example, consider the following:

ltlx on auto
Notice how LTLX-7000’s knockback on auto-skill happens before the Hannibal stops.
ltlx manual
By delaying the knockback with forced manual, we can avoid the damage from the Hannibal’s skill.

Obviously, if you are using her in an AFK farm where her knockback is needed, you leave her on Auto-Skill.
