Overview
The Model L is a 3★ AR login reward given to GFL players during the April 2020 special login event.
Model L has a decent offensive tile buff for offtank SMGs, giving 15% Damage and 25% Accuracy. Her skill, Lock-on Focus, buffs both Rate of Fire and Accuracy at the cost of reduced multipliers.
While this type of skill works fine for RFs like T-5000 who need the accuracy if fighting evasive enemies at night, this niche sadly doesn't work as well for ARs.
Model L's overall DPS falls flat compared to higher-rarity selfbuffers, but her decent base stats compensate somewhat and puts her overall DPS at a level comparable to that of FNC, at least when fighting against unarmored enemies.

Notably, because Model L buffs her own Rate of Fire significantly, Skorpion's 15% RoF buff caps Model L's RoF almost exactly, making the two a great pair if you're running a budget team and for some reason want a high accuracy AR.
If you only train Model L's skill to 6, then capping RoF would require Vector and KLIN's 25% RoF buff.
