Overview
OTs-39 has excellent stats and tiles for a 3★ SMG and comes with a good Main Tank skill, Flashbang.
Late-game commanders may not have much use for her since the awkward tile layout prevents her from hitting the position 1 DPS when used as a Main Tank in position 5, but her tile layout works perfectly for the 2AR 1RF backline that players are suggested to start the game with.
Unfortunately, OTs-39's limited status and timegated acquisition prerequisites make it rare for players to unlock this SMG when they need her the most.
