The fashionable PPK is a 2* ROF and Crit Rate buffing HG with the Annihilation Command skill. Her tiles generally put her in front of the DPS, to whom she grants a 32% ROF and 16% Critical Rate buff. Annihilation Command grants a 10% DMG and 35% Critical Rate buff for 8 seconds, with a 6 second ICD and 12 second CD. These large buffs, combined with her low rarity and high drop rate, make her an appealing choice as an early game HG. Don’t forget to pick up her SPEQ in the Exploration Black Market, as this will free up a suppressor for another HG.

PPK has one of the highest ROF buffs among all HGs, and the combination of her tiles and skill mean that she can provide a significant boost to DPS across the board. This also means she does best when paired with DMG, ROF, and Crit DMG buffing HGs.
Extremely High Evasion
PPK has one of the highest base EVA stats among all HGs, allowing her to actually sustain frontline positioning long enough to utilize her skill.

Too Much Crit Rate
PPK can actually allow the DPS in the echelon to exceed the crit rate cap using just her tiles. This means that in most compositions, she has a lot of wasted potential unless paired with a Crit DMG buffer like Px4 Storm.
High EVA, but Low Health
PPK is extremely reliant upon EVA for survivability as she has one of the worst in class Health stats among HGs
