Level 10 Effect
Passive: Obtain a Tarot Card every 3 attacks, up to a maximum of 3 Tarot Cards. Each Tarot Card increases her damage by 15% for 5s. Active: Consume all Tarot Cards and fire a shot that cannot be dodged, dealing 3x damage to the furthest target (able to crit). Additionally, deal additional damage to enemies within a 1 unit radius around the target. The additional damage is equal to 0.5x the number of Tarot Cards consumed, up to a maximum of 1.5x damage. |

Overview
Rico is a 1★ RF obtainable from the Shop in the Gunslinger Girl Collab event. Besides being adorable, she is also an extremely formidable RF that is easy for anyone to obtain and very much worth your time.
Rico shares her stats with SVD, possessing the same great base stat spread. Rico differentiates herself with her skill, Tower of Tisiphone, which allows her to serve as an incredibly strong general use DPS RF while also being able to act as a Bamboo RF if needed.
When this skill is left alone for the passive component, Rico will build up her Tarot Card collection that gives her a consistent Damage bonus that gets stronger with each card held. Rico can also consume all of her Tarot Cards to deal a charged bamboo shot that also has an AoE Damage effect, though this resets her stacks and should be used only to clean up the stragglers.
In this regard, Rico can be considered similar to Mosin-Nagant Mod, but she is far cheaper and also much more reliable. While Mosin needs to kill opponents for her buffs, Rico only needs to fire three shots for each Tarot Card, making it extremely easy for her to gain and maintain her damage bonus. On top of all this, she also comes with an amazing Special Equipment that boosts her Crit Damage by a massive +45%, augmenting her excellent DPS potential even further.
Overall, Rico is an incredible RF and by far the standout doll of the Gunslinger Girl Collab event. With only 150 August (event currency) needed to get her and 60 to get her Special Equipment, she is super easy to obtain for newcomers and veterans alike. Ensure that you pick up Rico from the event or you’ll be sorry you didn’t.

What’s so great about this is even once she has all three of her Tarot Cards, she will still refresh her 45% Damage bonus each time she would normally get a Tarot Card, allowing for amazing uptime and making up for how the bonus is lower than other FP focused RFs.
When the active skill is used, she’ll consume all her Tarot Cards and perform a bamboo shot against the furthest away enemy. Despite being locked to a 3x multiplier, this shot will always hit and can even crit.
Additionally, this shot will have an AoE Damage effect that increases in power based on how many Tarot Cards Rico is currently holding. Despite the seemingly low multiplier, keep in mind that RFs have extremely high Damage stats to begin with, and Rico will likely have many Damage buffs on herself by the time this shot is fired.
Great Stats
Since she wields an SVD, it’s only natural that she comes with the exact same stats as the doll SVD. This means inheriting her great offensive spread of 130 Damage and 37 Rate of Fire. She also has a good 80 Accuracy, helping her general performance in night battles.
Amazing Special Equipment
Rico’s Special Equipment is the Playing Cards. This is a doll slot piece of equipment that offers a whopping 45% Crit Damage boost, 20% more than a typical Thermoptic Camouflage Cape. This adds a substantial boost to her DPS and helps elevate her performance to be alongside the other top DPS RFs.
Free Event Reward
Players can earn Rico simply by purchasing her from the Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino Collaboration event shop, using event currency that can be earned for free - there's no need to roll the production gacha for her.
Weaknesses
Low AoE Radius
Rico’s only conceivable ‘weakness’ is that the AoE component of her bamboo shot comes with a small radius of 1 unit, leading to it only being effective when enemies are tightly packed around the target. Since the shot also targets the furthest enemy, this can create more issues in hitting additional targets.
This is merely nitpicking overall though and should not hinder anyone’s perception of Rico. Her bamboo shot won’t be used in the majority of fights anyway (except as cleanup near the end). But if you happen to be specifically looking for AoE from a RF for whatever reason, then QBU-88 or KSVKMod does AoE better.

KSVK Mod can eventually make for a good pair with Rico for dealing AoE damage as an RF, but her Neural Upgrade is not available on EN at the time of writing.

Rico's interesting tile buff shape makes her the only RF who can buff P22 from position 7 - which can be quite significant, letting P22 hit -30% CDR and activate her skill much sooner.
