Passive: Obtain a Tarot Card every 3 attacks, up to a maximum of 3 Tarot Cards. Each Tarot Card increases her damage by 15% for 5s. Active: Consume all Tarot Cards and fire a shot that cannot be dodged, dealing 3x damage to the furthest target (able to crit). Additionally, deal additional damage to enemies within a 1 unit radius around the target. The additional damage is equal to 0.5x the number of Tarot Cards consumed, up to a maximum of 1.5x damage. |

Overview
Rico is a 1★ RF obtainable from the Shop in the Gunslinger Girl Collab event. Besides being adorable, she is also an extremely formidable RF.
Rico shares her stats with SVD, possessing the same great base stat spread. Rico differentiates herself with her skill, Tower of Tisiphone, which allows her to serve as an incredibly strong general use DPS RF.
Rico's Skill has a passive an active part. She passively generates Tarot Card stacks when attacking, each granting her 15% increased Damage, stacking multiplicatively to 52% at 3 stacks. Her active is a Bamboo with 3x Surehit Damage that can Crit, with a bonus 0.5x Damage per Tarot Card stack in a very tiny AoE (which for most purposes should not be treated as an AoE, besides being Linksplash). Simply treat her Skill as single-target nuke on the furthest target. Note that for general use, Rico should be left on Auto-Skill as using her Skill is a DPS increase, see BSJ's analysis page for more details.
On top of all this, she also comes with an amazing Special Equipment that boosts her Crit Damage by a massive +45%, augmenting her excellent DPS potential even further.

Team Options
Rico strongly prefers to have some additional RoF so that she can swiftly generate Tarot Card stacks. The usual RoF boosting HG suspects such as M950A and Stechkin therefore make excellent partners for her.
