Equipment
Overview
TF-Q can be considered the endpoint of hybrid accuracy self-buffer RF archetypes like SRS and T5000. Also she’s an RF who is weak to armor.
With Wind-Born Magic Bullet, she gains perfect accuracy against unarmored enemies, for the cost of a weaker firepower self-buff for her 4* rarity. There’s also some stuff about bonus movement speed and evasion for the whole team if there are more than 5 groups of enemies, which can help with kiting and survivability in many situations. Potential applications there. But the main point is the trade-off between firepower and accuracy.
TF-Q lacks an outstanding base rate of fire like M14 and G28, her pure firepower counterparts, so her performance lags behind slightly against armored enemies. Her main targets are extremely evasive unarmored enemies (probably at night).
Thing is, AR’s can already kill unarmored evasive enemies pretty efficiently, and also don’t have to worry about not hitting their shots when their skill isn’t on at night time. Also, M200 and SSG3000 are there to contest in the surehit RF niche with no armored enemy restrictions, as well as sources of RF night accuracy like Taclights on supports and Makarov Mod, so it’s questionable what extra TF-Q really brings to the table.
Her individual performance isn’t awful by any means and she offers some nice quality of life team buffs, but she’s not outstanding and raising her shouldn’t be remotely a priority.

Strengths
Boosts Team Survivability
When there are more than 5 enemy groups in the fight when TF-Q uses her skill, TF-Q buffs team movement speed and evasion. While this is not a DPS increase, it allows tanks and support T-dolls to maneuver the battlefield and take regular attacks more easily. It’s a shame it’s limited by her 5 second initial cooldown. Usable if you want to stack movement speed or make the entire RFHG run slightly fast for some reason?
Unarmored Night Battles
Pretty much the only place TF-Q stands out against other RF’s. But a lot of story enemies at night have armor. And AR’s exist. And M200 and SSG3000 exist.
Full Analysis
Armored Enemies
Armored enemies don’t give TF-Q the perfect accuracy advantage over her fellow self-buffer RF’s. Which makes TF-Q an RF that doesn’t like fighting armor.

Team Options
Standard Buffer HG’s
Like any self-respecting self-buffer RF, TF-Q works well with extreme multiplicative stat buff stacking.
Other RF
Another generalist RFs paired with TF-Q works as expected in a standard RFHG.

History/Trivia
Profile
A cheerful and vivacious Doll who is also a little clumsy and absentminded. She enjoys doing all kinds of sports in her free time and has a great deal of admiration for Dolls who are good at sports. Her motion and balance modules seem to have some compatibility issue, which hinders her ability to control two-wheeled vehicles properly. After causing multiple accidents, she has been completely banned from using two-wheeled vehicles.
