Clear Steps
Nice and easy mission to start off with. We need to eliminate all enemies, and they have random movement. This means you will likely see a different movement pattern than shown below. There is plenty of AP to clear the mission regardless, so simply hunt down the enemies as needed.
Turn 1

Deploy your First Echelon and move them down-right one node. (the route to the south is added after the first clear).

Deploy the second Echelon and move up right one node.
Turn 2

I got lucky, the enemy came to me. If you have bad luck, move the nearest Echelon to them, and it will be just fine. There is enough AP for both Echelosn to move and kill an enemy if needed.
Farming
For those lucky enough to have her, AN-94 handles this map by her lonesome. Otherwise AR/SMG Echelons work just fine.
