Overview

“Don't call me things like Mecha Eli-chan. MK II is fine. Best regards.”

While the two mechanical guardian deities of Castle Csejte are technically different Servants with distinct personalities, both Mecha Eli-chans are identical for gameplay purposes. Their triple Buster Card kits combine a fragile kit with overwhelming burst damage potential.

Mecha Eli-chans’ kit is very straightforward in practice. With their welfare status unlocking the full potential of their NPs, it’s their third skill Final Eli-chan that boosts their Buster Chains and already high base NP damage to obscene levels, and its buffs scale excellently with common Attack and Card Performance buffs. Supporting this solid damage dealing core are various quality of life tools, such as Defensive Buff Removal (after NP) and Defense Down from Breast Zero Erzsébet, Passive Star Generation and Defense Up buffs from Innocent Kaiju, as well as a minor NP Charge from Overload (Revised), which helps to offset their limited means to charge their NP.

Despite their bodies of steel, the Mecha Eli-chans are rather fragile. They have low HP, an HP Demerit on NP Charge, and lack any hard defensive skills, and Final Eli-chan even forces them to remove all of their own defensive buffs. Additionally, their reliance on their tricky to charge NP and single turn personal steroids, causes them to be less effective for fights requiring more sustained damage. Finally, the Alter Ego class’ discounted version of class advantage against Cavalries (dealing 1.5x and receiving 1.0x damage) reduces their effective damage and exacerbates their fragility.

Yet the versatility of their Alter Ego class is also their greatest strength. The Mecha Eli-chans are very powerful damage dealers with high damage potential, and with Servants such as Merlin to patch up their weaknesses, they provide a very tempting Buster alternative especially against Assassin and Rider class enemies.

Strengths

High Single-Target Damage Ceiling

As far as damage dealing capabilities go, the Mecha Eli-chans have a lot of things going in their favor. With easy access to NP5, a high ATK stat, a triple Buster deck, and a Defense Down debuff from Breast Zero Erzsébet, as well as a massive NP and Critical Damage buff from their third skill, they are able to dish out incredible amounts of damage in a single turn, easily overwhelming most non-Knight-class enemies

Focused Kit

Even outside of their primary damage batteries, every part of the Eli-chans’ kit supports their damage dealing capability in some way, from Innocent Kaiju’s star generation, Overload (Revised), and even Breast Zero Erzsébet’s defensive buff removal. This makes life somewhat easier for their support allies when it comes to enabling the Eli-chans’ damage potential.

Alter Ego

Both a strength as well as a weakness, the Eli-chans’ Alter Ego class gives them an edge against the various Cavalry classes (dealing 1.5x as much damage), and it also holds a proper class advantage against Foreigners. This flexibility makes them especially valuable compared to Assassin or Caster Servants, as the heavily offense-oriented Buster kit from the Mecha Eli-chans can outdamage many of them even without full class advantage

Weaknesses

Fragile

Despite having a decent 3-turn Defense Up on their first skill, the Mecha Eli-chans still lack a hard survival to survive dangerous enemy attacks. More importantly, however, as Alter Egos, they lack the damage reduction enjoyed by those with proper class advantage. Their HP pool is also on the lower side, especially when the second skill’s demerit is considered. Finally, their third skill, Final Eli-chan, also removes all defensive buffs on them, and while using it before any such skills is able to rectify this problem somewhat, the demerit is still bound to remove any buffs carried over from previous turns.

Low Sustained Damage

Final Eli-chan’s buff lasts for only a single turn, and the Mecha Eli-chans’ cards are nothing special the rest of the time given their 1.5x modifier. They become very reliant on Breast Zero Erzsébet as a result and are less effective against enemies with multiple, lower HP bars.

Inconsistent NP Gain

While the Mecha Eli-chans’ Arts, Quick and Extra cards are good enough NP Gain-wise (and are able to charge considerable amounts of their NP gauge, especially during Overkill), their triple Buster deck makes this rather inconsistent much like most Berserker. Overload (Revised)’s NP charge mitigates this problem somewhat, but even then, the Mecha Eli-chans are still largely reliant on external supports in this regard.

Alter Ego

The Alter Ego class’ downside manifests in its Cavalry modifier, which only allows the Mecha Eli-chans to deal 1.5x damage, while not reducing the damage they take. This makes them more vulnerable compared to Servants with normal class advantage in many situations, and the reduced modifier is especially notable when comparing damage output with Rider-class Servants.

It is recommended to level all of Mecha Eli-chans’ skills at least to level 6, as all three of them provide some form of assistance for their damage dealing role. Masters who are especially fond of their Mech Eli-Chan could max all of their skills, although only the NP Charge is truly essential when it comes to improving their farming capability directly.

  • Innocent Kaiju EX provides critical stars every turn while also increasing the Mecha Eli-chans’ defense, with both effects lasting for 3 turns. Though seemingly powerful, the offensive benefits it gives are less straightforward and can also be substituted through the use of supports and Craft Essences such as a Fragment of 2030. Generally, this skill should be leveled last.

  • Even without considering its demerit Overload Type II C’s NP Charge is sadly only a base 20% NP Charge at max. Nevertheless, it is still a very valuable skill for the NP-reliant Eli-chans, and it should be leveled first so as to open up more CE options and a better uptime on their NP. Generally, level this first.

  • Despite coming at the cost of removing all of the Eli-chans’ defensive buffs, Final Eli-chan C is a very powerful skill, increasing their NP and critical damage by a massive amount even higher than most 1-turn Burst skills. Most importantly, it stacks amazingly well with Card Performance and Attack buffs from supports. Given the high base value already, this skill can generally be leveled second, although Masters that need more raw burst damage could level it first.

Craft Essence Recommendation

Given just how difficult it is to charge Mecha Eli-Chans’ NP from scratch, Starting NP Gauge is always a powerful pick. As far as raw damage goes, the Mecha Eli-chans benefit most from Buster Performance Up effect type, which is calculated multiplicatively with her Defense Down after NP and Final Eli-chan’s buffs, followed by Attack Up and Critical Damage Up ones .

  • Aerial Drive / Golden Sumo: Boulder Tournament / First Sunrise / Partake with the King: Coming with Starting NP Gauge as well as some form of offensive benefits, these are normally the Eli-chans’ go-to CEs, especially in less optimized teams.

  • Kaleidoscope / The Imaginary Element / Dragon’s Meridian: The significant amount of Starting NP Gauge provided by these CEs allow the Mecha Eli-chans to unleash a very early (in some cases, first turn) NP even without the aid of supports.

  • Limited/Zero Over / Verdant Sounds of Destruction: Increasing the damage of all of the Mecha Eli-chans’ Buster cards, these CEs provide a well-rounded boost to their overall damage.

  • Conversation on the Hot Sands / Joint Recital / Victor of the Moon : These CEs not only grant boosts to the Mecha Eli-chans’ raw damage, but they also improve on their critical hits, providing more consistent damage even outside of their burst turns.

Character Info

The other monster Servant mech unit that appeared in this already overly chaotic and confusing Halloween.

At least on the surface, she looks very much like Mecha Eli-chan, and her Noble Phantasm is similar to Mecha Eli-chan's, and her skills and parameters are exactly the same.
What could such a peculiar set of coincidences possibly mean...?
Out of all the Elisabeth types, it's said that she is the smartest and has the greatest heroine power. But what is the real, true truth of this monster mech...?

"I'm warning you: If you call me compatible, I'll kill you."

Profile 1

Height/Weight: 156cm, 4t
Origin: Halloween Strike!
Region: Prison Castle Csejte
Alignment: Lawful-Good
Gender: Feminine programming
"I have everything a weapon needs.
Firepower, defensive capability, and cruelty.
I don't go easy on anyone! Got it?"

Profile 2

Mecha Eli-chan Mk.II.
While Mk.I's attributes as the lord of the land made her strong, this model was made strong through her attributes as a guardian god.
She lives by the laws of the gods rather than the laws of humans.
The intelligence and diplomatic grace of a lord are gone, leaving her instead as a merciless defender against humanity (external enemies).

Though she no longer has grotesque thoughts of showering herself with the blood of young girls to maintain her beauty, she did manage to hang onto that cruel, sadistic nature.

Profile 3

[Breast Zero Erzsébet]
Rank: B
NP Type: Anti-Army-Individual
Range: 40→1
Maximum Targets: 1
Steel Sky Demoness.
Mecha Eli-chan directs her full complement of artillery at a single person in the ultimate private concert. Normally, this is an Anti-Army NP, and it's honestly a bit brutal that it's all getting used on one person.

Although Mk.II vehemently denies it, her fundamental thought process is the same as Elisabeth Báthory's.
Mk.II's natural intellect and composed nature normally seals Elisa's inherent power, but there is a chance her sealed inner nature may reveal itself when she goes berserk after reaching maximum output.

Profile 4

Innocent Kaiju: EX
An id_es skill altered from its base, "Innocent Monster."
As an iron dragon girl, Mecha Eli-chan uses the power of movie-making special effects to fly through the air, breathe fire, shoot electricity, and fire missiles.
Her capabilities are truly befitting a guardian god of iron. The user of this skill believes a villainous theme song should play when she employs it.

Overload Type II: C
A skill altered from the one that Frankenstein and Babbage possess.
While the Noble Phantasm is not strengthened, HP is sacrificed to increase the NP gauge. According to a robotics researcher identified only by the initial M:
"Is the battery leaking or something?"

Mecha Eli Punch: EX
Mecha Eli-chan Mk.II summons her superstructure's hand to attack.
As there is a strange rule stating that this skill can only be used when she is an enemy of humanity, she is unable to use it if she gains a Master.

Profile 5

A cool girl who detests being called "Mecha Eli-chan," and insists on simply being called "Mk.II".
She looks down on humans and considers them to be nothing more than decorations for her nation. It is her practice to manage humans forcibly should they elect to disobey her.

...Yet, she is aware that such thoughts are not good for the people, so she does not call herself the "law for goodness."

She rules by being evil to humans, and makes it the peoples' first task to be good.
Such is the evil Mecha Eli-chan who possesses these convictions hidden beneath her disdain for humanity.

Profile 6

Clear Halloween 3 Himeji Castle War Section 15 and reach Bond Lv5

Mk.I, though merciless and good-natured at the same time, was unable to discern Osakabehime's true intentions, and so fell in her estimation.

Mk.II, who did understand her goals and character, was not angered by either, but instead simply continued on being the coldhearted Servant who ruled over Castle Csejte and Halloween.
To Mk.II, Osakabehime and Chaldea are the same.
They were outsiders, no more than tools who possessed the Holy Grail necessary to preserve her castle.

Unlike Mk.I, who was a copy of Elisabeth, Mk.II was based entirely on the guardian statue. She is essentially Castle Csejte's defense mechanism.
Her main body is the superstructure (giant mecha) that appears behind Himeji Castle, but since it consumes so much magical energy, the only thing that properly works is her arms.

At first, she seemed to be the cold, cruel villain, but...you know how she ends up.
Ultimately, she's still Elisabeth, which means she warms up to Master, who pays attention to her. And as usual, her (sub) heroine power is quite high.

Yes...this is it! This is my true form as the guardian deity of steel who protects Castle Csejte!
I've finally achieved peak performance, Master!
Now that we've come this far, you and I are in it together.
You wanted a strong Servant, right?
Then enhance me until the very end, okay?
Bond Level 1 You chose me? You must really like to rebel, or you just have bizarre taste...
Either way, there's no doubt you're a fool. I like fools. They're easy to manipulate.
Bond Level 2 So you didn't chose Mk.I.
This is strange for me to say so myself, but do you like unusual things? Or maybe you just have old-school tastes? Tee hee...dummy.
Bond Level 3 I understand that Elisabeth Báthory is the pattern from which I was copied.
That bizarre girl's insane roller coaster of emotion exists within me as well.
But I do not have any desires or fondness of torment.
The only thing I've inherited is the sense of duty to control my territory.
This likely because my fear of aging disappeared once my body turned into steel.
Bond Level 4 ...I don't want you to get the wrong idea.
I've spoken to you earlier about what my sense of beauty is, but that doesn't mean I want you to be a machine.
Rather, I want you to stay the same. Got it?
Bond Level 5 ...Tee hee.
Just like how you have bizarre taste, it seems I'm a robot who have a sick sense of humor.
Our parameters for affection are established by our differences.
As a dragon of steel, I will continue to satisfy you until I break.
Conversation 1 You don't have anything to do? Then go collect some materials. Then use them to enhance me.
Conversation 2 I understand the Master and Servant relationship.
However, I have autopilot mode, so I do not truly require a pilot.
Conversation 3 As long as you're useful, I'll stick with you. Don't worry, I do have some knowledge of human emotion and attachment.
Conversation 4 (Frankenstein) The steel bride...Frankenstein.
Pity. A body like that makes her unsuitable as a fighting machine.
...But that horn isn't bad.
Conversation 5 (Meltryllis, Mysterious Alter Ego L) Meltryllis...I do feel some affinity with her in the leg department...
Actually, not just in her legs, but her chest...and even her personality...I feel some kinship...maybe we're similar unit types?
Should I invite her to an oil party sometime soon?
Conversation 6 (Passionlip) I am a bit jealous of Passionlip's arms, I admit.
But I cannot agree that she is the same unit type as me, Alter Ego or not.
That chest armor...that's just a weapon.
Conversation 7 (Nero Claudius (Caster)) Is that the tyrant Nero?
Hmmm...so that theatrical costume is just an attachable armor piece...
Stage...concert...ultrasonic...
I sense that all things I deemed unnecessary and shed may actually all have immeasurable potential!
Conversation 8 (Bond Level 5) I have absolute confidence in my very existence and in my beauty.
As my partner, is it wrong for me to try to make you share and understand these values?
Likes What I like? Taking control of my land.
I don't mind if that requires combat.
Chasing down fleeing enemies does excite me.
Dislikes What I dislike?
...Weaklings. At least that's what I want to say, but I actually like weaklings.
...Hm, that's strange.
I can't think of anything that I don't like.
About the Holy Grail Holy Grail...you're talking about the gigantic magical energy reactor core.
It's fine. I would love to get one if it exists.
After all, it's customary for giant robots to have a spectacular reactor core.
Clean-air machines function so quietly, and that is just boring.
During an Event It seems another enemy invader has appeared. Enemies must be swiftly eradicated, Master.
Birthday It's your birthday? Do you want an oil change or something?
Summon Alter Ego, Magus Aegis Elisabeth Channel II.
Don't call me Mecha Eli-chan. Just call me Mk.II. Nice to meet you.
Halloween Strike! 1 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) What futile resistance...I'll pulverize you one day.
Halloween Strike! 2 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) So this is the hideout of the Resistance...
How pathetic...
Halloween Strike! 3 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) It seems like supplies are disappearing from my castle...
Don't tell me THIS is the cause!?
Halloween Strike! 4 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) This place is such a mess. I should have expected no more from a nest of rodents.
You should make them read the announcements.
Halloween Strike! 5 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Restocking resources...
I'm not sure how Chaldea is run, but it sounds like you all have it tough.
Halloween Strike! 6 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Do you still have business with me?
Halloween Strike! 7 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Let's bulldoze this area and build a multi-purpose hall.
If you have something you've forgotten, I suggest you collect it right away, and then flee.
Halloween Strike! 8 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) I will spare no expense in reviving Csejte. Is there anything you need?
Halloween Strike! 9 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) I'll complain later... Now is the time for battle.
Am I cold-blooded, you ask? Of course, I am steel, after all.
Halloween Strike! 10 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Not just two, but THREE major disasters at Csejte...!
Just what do people think my castle is supposed to be!?
I will take it back immediately!
Halloween Strike! 11 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Please check the announcements.
Most of the information should be found there.
Halloween Strike! 12 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) You are a truly hard worker.
This pleases me. I wish all humans were like you.
Halloween Strike! 13 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Peace has been restored to Castle Csejte. This service of mine is also coming to an end.
If you have anything left undone, you should do it now while you still can.
Halloween Strike! 14 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) All operations completed.
Evil has been defeated, and justice is victorious.
Now all that remains is to reward those who worked hard. Do not forget to claim everything.
Halloween Strike! 15 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Pathetic. What can you do with those? Fine, I'll let you off this once.
Halloween Strike! 16 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) It appears you have obtained something precious. I'm jealous, but I will let it slide this time.
Halloween Strike! 17 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Is this a new scheme of yours? You're like a rodent, skittering around.
Halloween Strike! 18 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) Looks like the Resistance is short-handed.
Halloween Strike! 19 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) I will give you this. Take it.
Halloween Strike! 20 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) This is a very rare item. Take it gratefully.
Halloween Strike! 21 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) I direct you to a new mission.
Be a deerlet and work vigorously.
Halloween Strike! 22 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) A new quest has been discovered. Head to it swiftly like a squirrel.
Halloween Strike! 23 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) All missions have been completed.
That's my pilot candidate.
Halloween Strike! 24 (Mecha Eli-chan's Shared Memory) All quests have been completed.
I guess the Master of Chaldea really does good work.
