Introduction

Recruitment/Hiring Quests will add a new usable NPC Support to the available list after completion (some NPCs will automatically join with Main Quest completion).
Some Territory Control Quests have stage gimmicks or enemies with effects that are difficult to deal with if the recommended NPC is unavailable, so completing Hiring Quests to gather as many support NPCs as possible will make the Suppression Quests easier.
Recruitment Quests will unlock with Main Quest / Territory Control Quest completion.
