Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier C+ > B+

The Caster of the Nightless City finally gets her own NP charge skill of 20-30%; in combination with the advent of premiere Arts Supports, she is already an excellent Arts looping option, and her upgrade further solidifies this placement. Her tier rating has unanimously received a bump as a result.

Caster of the Nightless City: C+ -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.25) - [NorseFTX - B+][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - B+][Rathilal - B+]

Tier B+ > A

Along with the Caster of the Nightless City, Kiara receives her NP upgrade during the Tokugawa rerun, enhancing the damage she deals with the standard AoE Arts NP damage buff of 150%, along with a substantial increase to the HP recovery provided by her NP, more than offsetting the self damage inflicted by her third skill. In combination with her other skill upgrades, and the presence of a strong Arts support meta, she functions as a great general purpose farmer against Cavalry and most Extra classes.

Sessyoin Kiara: B+ -> A (Avg Score: 9) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Rathilal - A]

Tier B > B+

Shuten-Douji's interlude gives a very welcome 20-30% NP Gauge charge for herself, while also slightly boosting the HP recovery provided by her Guts effect. Shuten's upgrade gives her much easier access to her NP, which otherwise can be difficult to reach due to her somewhat mediocre NP Gain. A 30% charge, combined with a 50% starter CE, makes it possible for her to unleash her NP at battle start with the help of 20% from a Support or from her own Append Skill. Although she may still be difficult to utilize and still has trouble looping due to her low NP hitcount, the buff still helps her substantially, and she still ranks amongst the highest damaging AoE Assassins, so she was given a small tier bump as a result.

Shuten-Douji: B -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.27) - [NorseFTX - B+][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - A][Rathilal - B]

4 Star Servants

Tier C+ > C+

Li Shuwen's third skill receives an upgrade with his latest Rank Up, now granting him a burst of 5-15 Stars, which complements the Crit Damage buff and Crit Star Gather buffs on his other two skills quite well. In addition, his third skill's cooldown is reduced by a turn; this can be a mixed blessing given his first two skills still have 6t cooldowns, with 5t on the upgraded third skill putting them out of sync. In addition, the upgrade does not quite address Li Shuwen's 1-turn-and-done issues, so it was generally agreed his tier does not change.

Li Shuwen: C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.47) - [NorseFTX - B-][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C+]

Tier B+ > A

The Assassin of the Nightless City has long been a dark horse off-support option, providing excellent offensive support particularly for Quick allies. Her latest upgrade further enhances the DEF debuff's values, and provides her with some utility via a Nullify Buff skill. She can also now burn enemies, although the burn damage is relatively minor. Due to her impressive supportive capacity as an SR, which has been further improved with this upgrade, her tier rating has been given a bump.

Assassin of the Nightless City: B+ -> A (Avg Score: 8.93) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A-][Rathilal - A]

Tier C+ > C+

Jk Saber Suzuka Gozen's Buster Crit capabilities just got a boost during this latest Interlude campaign. Her Buster buff gains improved duration of 3 times, 3 turns (although it can still be consumed in 1 turn with an NPBB chain). Her Star Drop Rate buff also has increased duration of 3 turns, and her skill gets a new shiny Critical Strength buff for herself, also lasting 3 times, 3 turns. This upgrade provides an overall boost to how effective she is outside of burst damage turns, increasing her star generation, Card damage, and (potentially) the ability to utilize her Buster buff on her NP for multiple turns in a row. However, her overall gameplay hasn't changed drastically and it was largely agreed that her tier placement remains the same.

Suzuka Gozen: C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.4) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - B]

Tier A > A

Angry Atalante's star gather rate buff receives two buffs, one of which doubles the number of stars it generates on use, and the other which grants her a 1-turn Buster Card Critical damage buff. When used in combination with her existing Crit Strength buff on her Evade skill (and her passive Buster damage bonus), she's now capable of dealing much more impressive damage with Buster Crits using her two Buster Cards. Her upgrade is helpful, although not quite enough to push her higher than an already solid A.

Atalante (Alter): A -> A (Avg Score: 9) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A][Rathilal - A]

1-3 Star Servants

Tier B > B

Avicebron receives an NP Upgrade that provides the standard AoE Buster damage buff of +100% across the board. Additionally, he now gains an additional overcharge effect that increases his NP damage further, improving his overall NP damage by nearly 25% at level 1 overcharge, helping him a great deal in clearing waves more consistently. Even so it was generally agreed that his placement remains the same, with this upgrade helping to solidify his current placement rather than shifting it any higher.

Avicebron: B -> B (Avg Score: 7.87) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C+]
