Tier B
The New Year's Foreigner Servant, Yang Guifei, is a single target Arts damage dealer with a unique ability to capitalize on the Burn status effect. Her NP deals bonus damage if her target is afflicted with Burn, and itself will also Burn the opponent after damage. She also is capable of inflicting Burn and decreasing DEF for enemies that attack her while her third skill is active, which also boosts her own DEF. To facilitate having enemies attack her, her first skill has a 1-turn taunt+invincibility (although taunt only works for male enemies before her upgrade), while also granting her critical stars and NP Gauge every turn. Her second skill provides the interesting effect of draining NP Gauge from enemies, where her own Gauge increases depending on how many enemies actually had NP Bar actively drained by the skill, while also applying an AoE DEF debuff. In practice, however, this requires enemies to have at least 1 tick of charge to be effective. In addition, for her damage to be at full potential, burn needs to be inflicted before her NP, so she requires some setup to utilize her well. She serves excellently as a slayer of Berserker bosses, drawing attacks to herself from allies with invincibility, while being decently durable otherwise thanks to class advantage. Ufufu.
