FGO Account Recovery.

Fgo customer support of NA asked all these Question and I've answered them all.
The response I've got is that they can't recover it.
Any idea why they couldn't recover it or NA customer support just sucks.

I think it depends on how well you answered the questions, like what kind of information you were able to give. My phone broke during Nero Fest and I had forgotten my password for the transfer, so I contacted support just in case I couldn't get my phone repaired. They helped me out, though I had spent some money on the game, that might have been a big factor in it.

All my Answer are pretty much correct, excep about the day I started playing FGO.
That level of accuracy should be enough to get it back or maybe it's a sign to quit playing FGO and Focus on back to Azure lane.

spending money does not affect whether or not they can retrieve your account.

basically the more you spend, the more likely you are to secure your account back,
or you end up like one of my m8, who called support when he lost his acc, and the acc suuport gave back to him was completely different from his,

I Hope your Friend got a better account and if I can't get it back, I'll quit FGO and return back to Azure Lane.

I agree on the the other people's answer on how "intense you accurately" answered it, Though did you included the level of your servants and their skill levels? Btwy, I did it like this and they responded quickly! *I hope you get yours too

You should be very specific in the information, I made a recovery account during the KnK event and the first time it was rejected.

The second time I put all the information that I could rememeber of my servants like lvl, skill level, NP lvl and the number of copies that I had of a specific servant that I had no fused at that moment.
They don't ask you about your secondary archive or your CE's but I put all the information that I could remembered like the CE's that I had and the number of each one (approx).

Then I recovered my account (I'm F2P).
