There has yet to be another rerun of this event. MLB it if you like the CE but it's really not that spectacular.

i just finished clearing the shop with the exception of the CE s (the more costly ones)
so should i grind more to buy them or not
and is there a future rerun of the event

Wouldn't recommend it. The 2k and 5k copies require a lot of farming and the CE is just ok. Personally don't think its worth the effort.
If solely going for the effect, you'll get a better CE that is Castle of the Sun in Meiji Ishin event this year.

A rerun of a rerun is unlikely, and the CE isn't worth it.
Aside from Castle of the Sun there's also Hot Spring of the Moon which you can MLB in the Onigashima Rerun.
