I have too many saber ember then I decided to raise both of them. But I don't sure can I pull okita so I will save some ember until then. Who should I raise first? (I have maxed Salter, OG nero and ceasar.)
Raise Sumanai for memes or if you need someone to field against Lion King in Camelot. You'd want use him if you have no good Assassins and Dragons annoy the hell out of you, but otherwise, Rama is a better choice.
If you lack in ST sabers, then use Rama because his demon niche could help against some enemies.
I'd say Rama. His first skill is absolutely devastating and if the numbers land right, he can deal more damage using his first skill on a brave chain than on his NP.
