Explorers! Welcome to the Strike Guides, where we cover JWAs most difficult Strike Events! This time, we've got the Epic Rajasaurus Strike Event! This Epic Strike features three counterattacking creatures, all with their own gimmick! Our usual disclaimer also applies here:
These level 30 Epic Strikes are difficult, and if you are a low level player with your highest creature being an Epic, you are going to struggle a lot these Strike Events, as the total Health pool to deplete is quite high.
Now, with that out of the way, let's get into the first dinosaur!
Majungasaurus is the Common counterattacker most people will see in L1. It has a unique feature among this set with its Swap-in Ferocity. This allows it to boost its Attack with 50% for two turns, making it hit extremely hard with its Counterattacks, even if they don't pierce Armor! With its Shielding move it can also raise its Defenses for a couple of turns, making this dinosaur a tricky opponent to face. Nullifying is crucial against this one, as that will remove the boost and the Shield in one go! Some good nullifying dinosaurs are: Suchotator, Quetzorion, Monolophosaurus (also a good Distracter) and Magnapyritor. Here are some results from our Battle Sim, showing you some good counters! Keep in mind that this is based on a 1v1 equal level simulation, so don't follow this advice blindly!
Carnotaurus is next, and this one has the unique feature of being the only one with a Rending Counter in this Strike! This allows Carnotaurus to dispatch of its opponent in a maximum of three turns regardless of what the Health stat is! Furthermore, it has a Cleansing Impact to get rid of all those annoying Distraction effects that you might inflict on it, so be careful with that move! Still, my recommendation would be to Distract as much as possible against this creature. Procerathomimus, Monomimus, Pyroraptor and Utasinoraptor will do well against this creature, the first two also being able to get rid of its Shield it might put up!
This Epic counterattacker has a fearsome trick up its sleeve: it can boost its Critical Chance to an astounding 80% for three turns! That, while being Shielded for 4 turns, makes this Epic creature a powerhouse if you don't deal with it well and quickly. Luckily it doesn't pierce Armor, so that's at least something. Using Nullifiers will do you well here, as that can remove all the evidence of a possible Shield or Crit buff! Suchotator, Monolophosaurus, Monomimus, Quetzorion and Magnapyritor will do well. Thylacotator can also do well if it manages to survive two hits with its Lethal Wound and Rending Takedown combination!
If you manage to beat this Strike Event, you will be rewarded with the Rajasaurus Epic Incubator! In it you will find 200 guaranteed Rajasaurus DNA, lots of coins and a good amount of DNA!
This Strike Event may seem challenging at first, but with a good strategy and some good dinosaurs you will do it just fine. If you managed to beat it, let us know in our Discord server! We hope to see you on there!
