JWA Weekly Event November 2-November 8: Fierce

Introduction

Explorers! This Weekly Event features are Fierce. Let's go over what we recommend to dart as well as everything else you need to know!

Featured Creatures: Commons

Monday - Tuesday: 36 Attempts

  • Allosaurus (Global Day/Dawn/Dusk)
  • Archaeotherium (Monday)
  • Irritator Gen 2 (Sunday)
  • Tarbosaurus (Global Anytime)

This week's commons are somewhat underwhelming. You might prioritize Archaeotherium or Irritator Gen 2, as they are day specific spawns. However, if you are working on any of the Apato hybrids (feeds Epic Nodopatosaurus which is used to create Legendary Gigaspikasaur, Nodopatotitan, and Stegodeus), there's no harm in choosing it instead. Being a global, anytime spawn puts Tarbosaurus at the bottom of this suggestion list, but the others aren't so amazing that it would hurt you if you want to fast track your work on Thor.

Featured Creatures: Rares

Wednesday - Friday: 18 Attempts

  • Dimetrodon (Global Rare)
  • Gorgosaurus (Thursday)
  • Tyrannosaurus Rex Gen 2 (Global Day/Dawn/Dusk)

Unlike the underwhelming Commons, the Rare options are quite decent. We feel Dime or Gorgo are your top choices here, mostly due to the hybrids they feed & Gorgo being a little more scarce as a Thursday spawn. Gorgo on its own because super fierce in a recent update, and many have over leveled to dominate Rare tournaments. By no means is TRex2 a bad choice, but there feels to be better outcomes from the other two.

Featured Creatures: Epics

Saturday - Sunday: 9 Attempts

  • Allosaurus Gen 2 (Event Exclusive)
  • Concavenator (Local 1 Anytime)
  • Tyrannosaurus Rex (Global Anytime)

Interesting note, Concavenator is the only event creature this week that is part of a Local pool. All others are either global, day specific, or event exclusive. If you read these often enough, you know our main recommendation here is going to be the Event Exclusive, Allo2. The other options certainly are enticing, and if you can fast track a personal goal by choosing either, then there's no harm in doing so.

Strike Events, Trials, Scents, Treasure Chase, and Hybrid Pursuit!

Strike Events and Trials

Strike Events and Trials are also Fierce themed with a chance to get the same DNA available to dart. On Friday, we have a Troodon Epic strike, and on Sunday we have an Epic Fierce Strike as well. During the Weekend, we'll also get an Epic Trial. Finally, we've got the regularly scheduled Boost Strikes on Tuesday (Attack), Thursday (HP), and Saturday (Speed).

Scents

The Themed Scent of this week is Fisher Therapod Scent. This scent features our favorite fishery friends. Here is the full list:

  • Irritator Gen 2
  • Suchomimus
  • Baryonyx Gen 2
  • Irritator
  • Baryonyx
  • Spinosaur Gen 2

Treasure Chase

The treasure chase continues on Saturday & (hopefully) Sunday. You get once chance each for between 500 and 2,500 coins with distance not mattering. If the Halloween/Fall theme continues, you also could draw some FIPs, so make sure you have space for those before opening a treasure chest. It has been confirmed that their intent is only for one pop per day. We can only hope they have plans to eventually change this to the original treasure chase where they refreshed throughout the day and offered much more opportunity at free coins.

Hybrid Pursuit

This Week concludes the Majundaboa pursuit, so keep your eyes out for the rare,Titanoboa Gen 2!
