King of Fighters ALLSTAR Celebrates 5 Million Downloads

On October 31, 2019 King of Fighters: ALLSTAR announced they would be celebrating crossing the 5 million download milestone by giving all accounts a free summon. 

Five Halloween Battle Card Summon Tickets have been added to accounts, as well as one Halloween Fighter Summon Ticket which will allow a single summon on the Halloween Fighter gacha. The available characters are Halloween Party Kula, Mature, Shermie, and Angel. 

This ticket is good for as long as the Halloween banner is available until November 3.
