Noumu refers to dense fog with very low visibility. It is an appropriate temperament for somebody who hates sunlight like Remilia. Perhaps because of her non-Eastern origins (or maybe just because of her selfish whims and her ability), Remilia's temperament deviates from the usual laws of Phases and Essences.

She is weak against Sun Essence with its governance of day, Fire Phase with its purification properties, and Metal Phase with its power to defeat evil.

She is strong against Moon Essence and Star Essence with their governance of night as well as Earth Phase with its position as the origin of immortality.

The Eternally Young Scarlet Moon, Remilia Scarlet is a boastful, yet childish vampire always seeking to sate her boredom. She is a sight to be feared on the battlefield, with the strength and speed vampires are known for, and almost none of the weaknesses, since Remilia fears only the sun (and in LostWord, perhaps Fire and Metal as well). Whilst she might brag and play up just about everything she has, from possessions to her own powers, Remilia’s got the strength to back it up.

For farming purposes, Remilia has a powerful All Last Word that can easily get the job done, due to its high power at 1 Power, the Yin DEF Down both it and her second skill provides, and her third skill means she doesn’t even need a Accuracy Story Card. Just be warned that it’s so heavily weighted towards Fire she might have some troubles with enemies that resist it.

For challenging fights, Remilia brings both damage and offensive utility. Her already powerful Last Word deals nearly double the damage at 3 Power, ensuring that her foe’s destiny is to burn scarlet. On top of that, it applies a good amount of Yin DEF Down to all foes, and if that wasn’t enough, her second skill applies even more to a single target. As a result, in Yin comps, Remilia can let her entire team deal much higher damage overall, and much higher damage to a priority target, taking them out as soon as possible.

She does have a weak spot - when attempting to Full Break foes, instead of simply applying Yin DEF Down, her Break access is somewhat lacking. Whilst 2 Solo Fire Breaks at 1 Power on her first Spell Card is pretty decent, it only gets a 3rd at 3 Power, and her second Spell Card has no Elements at all.

With Accuracy and Yin ATK pretty much covered, with a bit of Yin DEF debuffing, Remilia is very much able to leave those kinds of buffs on the back burner compared to Story Cards that increase Spirit Power. CRIT ATK is beyond situational purely for the small amount of Killer bullets to take advantage of, those also being far too niche. But regardless, if Spirit Power is covered, you could find yourself looking to boosting the power of Spell Card 1 via Laser Boost and/or Spell Card 2 via Sharp Boost.

Because Remilia's Last Word is a mix of Normal and Energy, Story Card compatibility is a bit odd because her first bullet line is normal which could make Nameless Adventurers the card to go to, for its 50% Normal Boost. However, cards like NAЯAKA and Worlds in Hand have their ways of boosting both Fire and Energy which both appear in this Last Word, so maybe that can be utilized here. Other options for the Energy boost would be Unknown Barrier Team, Lunatic Red Eyes and Choose an Animal Spirit for their 50% boosts in it, with Underworld Party Night being an interesting debuff + Energy option on a specific target. And lastly, if you are focused on those Fire bullets, Redder Than Blood gives a moderate Fire boost while providing Yin ATK, whereas Bonds of Blood has a strong Yin ATK stat stick and a 50% Fire Boost.
