Nowadays, it may seem like information has been freed from the curse of physical erosion, but, in fact, the core issue remains unresolved.

It could be said that everything contains its own piece of history, meaning that history is all around us... or so this world's Keine claims.

Even if you're determined to work hard tomorrow, that future isn't likely to eventuate unless you have a good track record of working hard in the past... or so says this world's Keine.

Character Analysis
Keine Kamishirarsawa (Kaiju of Rumors and Speculation) was released on April 28th 2023 on Prayer “080-03x Hakutaku-Type” Ultra Festival.
The mutated species are further emerging, and proving to make history, with a certain Kaiju 080-03x looking to record all information to the most precise extent. The Hakutaku-Type Kaiju is determined to compile as much history as possible, and she will do what she can to provide as much intelligence to her professor as she can (and maybe pass this on to some students in future lessons), so there will be no forgetting what steps to take as there is also power in knowledge.
H5 Keine Kamishirasawa is a Support-Class Friend who is in the history books as a provider of handy team buffs such as Spirit Power, Yin ATK, CRIT ATK and Barriers.
As a Supporter
- Provides teamwide Yin ATK buffs via Skill 2, Last Word Pre-ATK and by Grazing.
- Multiple sources of teamwide Spirit Power gain via Skills 1 and 3 as well as Second Spell Card Post-ATK.
- CRIT ATK buffs for allies via Skill 2 and Pre-ATKs for Second Spell Card and Last Word.
- Grants Barrier restoration to the team via Skill 3, First Spell Card Post-ATK and Last Word Post-ATK. Also helps with aforementioned Grazing buffs.
- Can grant the team Accuracy buffs when Boosting.
- Teamwide Yin DEF and Yang DEF buffs on First Spell Card Pre-ATK, with buffs for the former also appearing in Skill 1.
- Team Evasion buffs via Skill 1.
As an Attacker
- Has a high Yin ATK Stat at 1900.
- As well as the above Spirit Power Support, will always gain 0.25 Spirit Power every turn via her 3rd Passive.
- Selfish buffs in bullet lines scattered across her Shots, Spell Cards and Last Word for Yin ATK, Yin DEF, Yang DEF, CRIT ATK and Agility.
- Mix of Hard and Slice Scaling slightly appearing in bullet lines.
- Elemental access is mainly Star, as well as Fire in her Last Word
- Moderate Killer range, including Human, Moon, Lunar Capital, Religious, Bibliophile and Collector
As a Utility
- Is able to inflict Burn anomalies on her enemies via Skill 3 and Second Spell Card Pre-ATK.
- Anomaly break potential includes Burn breaking all enemies on Second Spell Card and Last Word at both 2P, as well as Freeze breaking an enemy via First Spell Card at 3P.
- Inflicts Burn anomalies if inflicted with this anomaly.
- Takes 30% less damage from enemies with a connection to the Moon via Passive 1.
- Has a relatively low cooldown on all Skills, ranging from 3-4 turns of downtime.
- Debuffs the Yin DEF of all enemies via Last Word Pre-ATK.
Story Card Recommendations
(Card recommendations last updated on June 28, 2023)
Spell Card
With Mansion of Memories able to potentially extend H5 Keine’s Allies’ Yin ATK duration when used at the right time, there will be no issues getting everyone’s Yin ATK buffs maxed. If you need Spirit Power, the beloved The Witch of Scarlet Dreams card’s 2.00 Spirit Power comes a long way, although cards like Myouren Temple Anniversary and Dancers Take The Stage! are great picks for even more teamwide Spirit Power, although the latter provides more power on Star elements. Speaking of which, I’m Alright! does a great job at covering her First Spell Card with Star and Sharp as well as some of her Second Spell Card, while giving herself yet another Barrier. Lastly, if you need longer Accuracy buff durations, Ability Cards? never disappoints in that regard.
Last Word
With a Last Word consisting of Laser, Infinity Garden and Little Sister and Sweets are easily the top 2 cards for pure damage, providing a 50% and 45% boost in Laser, respectively, with the former also having the Yin stats to come out above all else. If you are looking for an elemental boost, Bonds of Blood isn’t a bad choice either, since its 50% boost in Fire bullets will help the first 4 bullets do more damage. For alternative options if these cards aren’t available to you, there is Occult Circle, Winter Holiday and Silver Gale (when it’s available to Max Limit Break).
Character Skill Level Up Recommendations
You could make a case for any of them, but given how important Spirit Power is, we will be starting off with our 3rd Skill, Cassette Ejection, which has 3 very helpful effects being team Spirit Power, teamwide Barriers and Burn anomalies on enemies. Next is the 1st Skill, Frame-By-Frame, doubling down on the benefits of Spirit Power with additional Evasion and Yin DEF for the team. Last, but not least is the 2nd Skill being Fast Forward via teamwide Yin ATK and CRIT ATK buffs.
Character Strengths
Supportive Sensei’s Spirit
Wanting future generations to match her capabilities, H5 Keine is full of tips and tricks for her allies to shine. Providing beneficial teamwide buffs such as Yin ATK, CRIT ATK, Barriers, Spirit Power and Accuracy across Skills, Spell Card effects and even her ability does not go unnoticed. On top of that, these Skills have short cooldowns ranging from 3-4 turns, meaning that she can definitely keep these buffs coming in longer fights, during which you’ll notice how useful it is to gain 0.25 Spirit Power every turn via her 3rd Passive.
Hakutaku Flare
Being able to buff her allies is beneficial, but so is being able to provide Burn anomaly utility! Through her Burn inflictions on all her enemies via Skill 3, Second Spell Card’s Pre-ATK, and even whenever she gets inflicted with this anomaly, this can either be used to take advantage of enemy Yin reduction or for H5 Keine to break these anomalies via her Second Spell Card and Last Word, either being accessible at 2 boosts and will work on all enemies. There is also an additional Freeze anomaly break via her First Spell Card at 3P, working on a specific enemy.
Character Weaknesses
Not Quite in her Element, Lacks a Killer Instinct
The main elements H5 Keine will want to focus on are Star and Fire, the latter especially being the case in her Last Word which has 4 Fire and 2 Star. That said, there are a few other elements scattered around that she isn’t exactly going to be able to take advantage of, such as Water, Wood, Earth, and Metal. Her Killers are also very much quantity over quality, as her overall range doesn’t hit a whole lot of enemies. That said, her CRIT ATK buffs she gives to her allies could be rather helpful should an ally both require them and be able to connect her Killers.
