Why Should You Farm This Card?

Puppeteer and Necromancer

The Puppeteer and Necromancer card (5* Story Card from the end of Main Story Chapter 3 Part 3 on Lunatic) has the pre-attack effect of 50% Light Bullet UP and 50% No Element Bullet UP at Max Limit Break. This card is usually the best in slot card for units that have Light bullets on their Last Word such as Alice, Yukari, Reimu (Scarlet), and Reisen Udongein Inaba (Eternal) to name a few. The 50% No Element Bullet UP effect of this card is a niche secondary effect as very few spell cards have Light Bullet type and a No Element Bullet element at the same time. Two key examples for this are Yukari's Last Word and Alice's Last Word, but overall this card is harder to find use for and not so incredibly all-purpose like Witch of Scarlet Dreams. However, this should not discourage you to use this card if you are in need of the No Element Bullet UP effect. The stats of this card are YIN ATK and DEF, which Reisen Udongein Inaba (Eternal) can take advantage of most easily.
