Dream Sign: Experimental Sealing Circle

A Spell Card of Reimu Hakurei from the world shrouded in scarlet mist (a Touhou LW original). She seals evil beings with intense radiant light. Reimu does not have a steadfast or well-ordered system for differentiating between good and evil, so perhaps her targets for extermination are just beings that she doesn't particularly like. This Reimu did not complete the development of the Sealing Circle before the incident, but this Spell Card is closer to perfection than the Fantasy Seal.
