The Last Word of Flandre Scarlet from the world shrouded in scarlet mist (a Touhou LW original). She unleashes the power she gathered during her long isolation. Her bullets are targeted at everything above her room in the basement where she was confined... In other words, the rest of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. The mansion can be rebuilt, but it would not be a pleasant experience for anyone caught in this attack.
This attack is the culmination of her pent-up frustration at not being let outside, her grudge toward her sister for not letting her participate in the Scarlet Mist Incident, and much more besides. But she mainly created this attack because she desperately wanted to play outside! Isn't Flandre supposed to wait until the incident is over before leaving her room...?
