Nether Sign: Scarlet Netherworld
A Spell Card of Remilia Scarlet from the world shrouded in scarlet mist. She paints the Netherworld scarlet. It's not known whether this applies to the Scarlet sisters or not, but vampires are generally considered to be a type of undying youkai, called undead. Undead are basically former humans who have died yet linger in the world of the living. The Yama would usually send shinigami to deal with such beings as soon as they can, but what do they think of vampires?
