The Last Word of Reisen Udongein Inaba from the world of eternal night (a Touhou LW original). She projects a Lunatic Red Eye from each of her own two eyes in this attack. She has two eyes, so it is certainly possible that she could be capable of such an attack, but it is not easy or common to move each eye independent of the other. Thus, this Last Word probably requires a significant level of strain and sacrifice, resulting in a corresponding level of lunacy imbued into the attack. It is still unknown why this Reisen and the rest of Eientei have not ended the incident in their world, but this Last Word indicates that their decision has come with a heavy burden.
